Specials & Packages Vouchers - How to Pay and Receive your voucher

- Unlike Promotional Vouchers, there is unlimited stock of these vouchers, so you can shop till you drop!
-If the voucher says "Out of Stock", please contact us to up the quantity again.

How do I purchase & Receive a voucher?

-All vouchers are purchased online using either your Credit Card or Direct Deposit.
-Select your Region, then your desired Category and then select the Voucher you would like to purchase
-You then click "Add to Cart" for your desired voucher(s).
-Once you have completed shopping, scroll up to the top right of the page and click on "Show Cart" where you can view/check your purchases.
-Once satisfied that all is in order, you click on "Checkout"
-You'll then fill in all your details and click proceed
-You'll then be taken to a page where you can select your payment method: Either Credit Card or Direct Deposit.

*If you select Credit Card, you'll be taken to a secure payment gateway where you will enter your Credit Card details - please have your 3D secure pin ready if
you are paying with Visa or Mastercard. (You can just call them to receive your pin if you don't have it)
-Once payment has been processed, will then receive your voucher with a unique voucher number via e-mail. The establishment in question also receves a copy of the voucher and you then just call them to make your booking -their details are on the voucher.

*If you select Direct Deposit, you will be mailed a Purchase Order with the banking details on the purchase order.  Once payment has been made, we will release
your voucher and it will be sent to you electronically - as above.

-Please note, only if the voucher specifically states "Introductory Special", can these vouchers not be bought by the same person twice. ALL other Specials/ Packages vouchers may be purchased by the same person infinitely.
