Re: Customer feedback

Hi
This seems like a great deal, however bear in mind the surrounding is unmaintained. We were shocked to see there were pools of stagnate water - growing their own ecosystem when we took a walk along the river side.
Signage is horrific, we ended up at wedding venue before getting to our accomodation.
Further, there was a dead rat attracting numerous flies just outside our room.
Compliments to the chef - Dinner was lovely, however the sight of a dead bat on a painting in the dining room, next to me was not appetising.
The treatments were good, yet rushed! The choice of background music during treatments was much to be desired.
The drumming session was hard work rather than relieving stress, but enjoyable. |

spa

Was at ingwenya african spa, this is a true african decadent spa. Since it was my first time, I did not understand the difference between a health spa and an african spa. I like the setting on the banks of a river, some treatments are done right along the river. Never had problems getting there as it is along the famous beyers naude drive. The spa is on a country lodge, its massive, and signage is not that good even if you take department of road they will never go right. It is an experience at this place. We got lost at one time, we find ourselves driving along beautiful avenues, with trees, ponds and lakes. We did get our way out by the end of the day. I will just go there for a walk coz its so peaceful. The food is out of the world compliments to the chef Themba. Treatments good. Loved the hot stone full body waal. There is room for improvement on one or two thing overall great. Will come back again |
